For years, I developed technology solutions for companies. At the same time, I changed my lifestyle and started living and working from a campervan. That is where I identified an obvious problem.
The camper sector is growing rapidly, but technical support is still traditional: hard-to-consult manuals, scattered information across forums, and companies overwhelmed by repeated questions.
As an AI engineer and a real camper user, I understood that technology could solve both issues: travelers' uncertainty and companies' operational overload.
That is how SmartVan was born.
