The camper sector is growing rapidly, but technical support is still traditional: hard-to-consult manuals, scattered information across forums, and companies overwhelmed by repeated questions.

As an AI engineer and a real camper user, I understood that technology could solve both issues: travelers' uncertainty and companies' operational overload.

That is how SmartVan was born.

My goal at SmartVan is to apply generative artificial intelligence to professionalize communication across the sector, creating dynamic, accurate, and accessible content that improves the travel experience and makes work easier for businesses. At SmartVan, technology is the language that allows us to connect, learn, and travel with greater safety and confidence.
