The RV sector is growing fast, but technical support is still traditional: manuals that are hard to consult, information scattered across forums, and companies overwhelmed by repetitive questions.

As an AI engineer and real campervan user, I realized technology could solve both sides of the problem: travelers' uncertainty and the operational overload of businesses.

That is how SmartVan AI was born.

My goal at SmartVan is to apply generative AI to professionalize communication in the sector, creating dynamic, accurate, and accessible content that improves travel experiences and makes the work of companies easier.
